Wulston works with clients to improve their business and personal performance, in particular the areas on supply chain and procurement, both in the public and private sector.
He is a qualified Practitioner Coach, and CILT Mentor. He is currently Mentoring individuals in the CILT Mentoring Programme.
Wulston Alderman has been coaching within the BMW Group for the last 9 years across brands such as Rolls-Royce MINI and Land Rover. He has a wealth of experience in logistics, manufacturing, operations, business process management and procurement. He has also worked with small and medium enterprises, and not for profit organisations.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, he is also a practicing Mentor for the membership. He is passionate about helping others develop themselves both professionally and personally, therefore he takes a great deal of interest in career coaching for young professionals
Currently Wulston is working closely with clients within the Public sector on value for Money (VfM) coaching.
He is a qualified Practitioner Coach and is accredited by the European Coaching Institute.
