As a member in good standing of the New York State Bar, Second Judicial Department since 1995; I have been engaged in the practice of immigration law mostly throughout my tenure and exclusively at times.
As a former senior atto ey with the New York State Mental Hygiene Legal Service "MHLS", I have handled multiple Mental Hygiene Law "MHL" Article 81 Guardianship and Article 9 cases- in my capacity as Court Evaluator or as Court appointed Counsel for the Alleged Incapacitated Person "AIP".
An Immigrant myself, I do understand and identify with the needs of my clients and vow to zealously represent their rights and interests to legal immigration and migration under current laws....
