Our lives today are fast paced, and we all experience a degree of stress at some point. Each of us must learn how to cope with the stressors of everyday life, and have a means to reduce our stress levels.

It is essential to practice giving gratitude on a daily basis. People who are grateful tend to be happier, healthier and more fulfilled. Being grateful can help people cope with stress.
