In this weeks post, we are covering healing using the 3 finger activation covering the C6 and C7 nerves and all the channels connect to them. Be aware of the moment and make sure to do this in a quite space. Often times we need to reset ourselves due to daily life, but in reality what needs to happen is we need to dial back into our bodies. We are so powerful in reality, but we often times will play small due to the issues we do not deal with. From daily stresses at work to the stress we tend to sleep with in life. We all need a reset.
