8 Tips to Get Rid of Flabby Arms, Bellies, & Behinds

To transform flabby underarms and a saggy behind, strength training is a must. You don’t need to go to a fancy gym to get in shape; you can create your own gym at home. All you need are an assortment of dumbbells, a bench, a mirror, and a music player to keep you pumped during your workouts.
Looking your best begins from the inside. Use the power of your mind to create the life and body of your dreams. Visualize how you want your physique to be. Be happy and think positively to ensure your mindset is in the right place to achieve success! And most of all have fun when you work out.

Below are 8 fat-bu
ing fitness tips to assist you in reaching your goals. Learn to embrace and enjoy exercise; your body will transform faster and with less effort rather than exercising begrudgingly.

Tips to Get Rid of Flab

1. Weight Training and Intervals: Doing a weightlifting program coupled with interval training—alte
ating high-intensity bursts of riding a stationary bike or running with a recovery period—is the best way to burn fat faster and transform your physique. You can do them on separate days or combined to save time and burn more calories.

2. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of purified water with branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) before, during, and after exercise. Keeping the body hydrated will fuel your muscles, give aid in warding off fatigue, and remove toxins from the body.

3. Strength Train Often: Alte
ate doing upper body and lower body exercises at least 3 days a week, every other day is best. Be sure to do intervals after strength training to burn the deep fat. Use free weights to increase effectiveness. Free weights use more muscles than machines, which are designed for one muscle group.

4. Lift Heavy to Sculpt: Women often choose light weights because they’re afraid they’ll get too big. The truth is only professional women body builders have the brute strength to lift heavy enough to add major size and volume.

5. Increase the Weight or Reps: Choose a weight that you can definitely lift 8, maybe 10, but definitely not 12 times. Do 10 reps in a set the first time, then 12, then 15; once you’re doing sets of 15, increase the weight and go back to 10 reps per set.

6. Form is Everything: Proper form is everything when lifting weights. Always lift in front of a mirror. If you aren’t sure how to lift correctly look up the exercise online; there are tons of articles and images to choose from. Print them off and place them where you can refer to them easily, or hire a fitness coach to help you.

7. Fuel Your Body with the Foods it Needs: If you truly want to look lean by summer then eat what your body craves—good, whole nutrition. Eat plenty of lean protein, fresh fruit, veggies, and clean fats such as flaxseed oil or fish oil and raw almonds. As I always say, if God didn’t make it, don’t eat it. Processed foods are filled with toxins. Stay clear of all junk food; it will only make you tired and stressed, and you will have to workout harder to see little progress, if any. Proper nutrition is essential when living a LivFit Lifestyle.

8. Log Your Success: Keep a diet and fitness log in addition to a gratitude journal. Each day write what you ate and what exercises you did, along with how you felt and how proud you were of yourself. Then retire by giving thanks for your miraculous body and the fantastic day you had. By focusing on the positive, your subconscious mind will create new beliefs that support your heart’s desires of achieve success.

Decide today to follow through with these tips consistently, and you will be flab free before long. Make it a point to plan ahead, exercise regularly, and eat smart so you will be stronger, leaner, and more confident than ever before!

Give me 5 minutes with anyone and I can tell you more about their character than a 10-page résumé. I have “read” thousands of people who tell me I know more about them in a few minutes than their spouse, family or friends ever have. Am I the only one who has access to this ancient secret? No, anyone can do what I do by simply learning the Art of Face Reading.

Have you ever asked your self “Why am I in the shape I’m in”? Aren’t we all made of the same matter; bones, flesh and blood? So why do our packages all look so different from one another? I believe the answers are in the intangible spiritual, mental and emotional energies that manifest in the tangible physical body. Our bodies are the densest form of our spirit or energy life source. Our minds (conscious or unconscious) are the gatekeeper of actions and reactions to our life experiences that create imbalances in the flow of our emotions.

This organic reaction is a protection. You are doing what provokes your anxiety. Or, you are interpreting the meaning of life and human behavior based on false impressions. You must correct your behavior and you must stop following absurd ideas.

Helping people in ongoing pain and stress is a challenge for a number of reasons. One important obstacle is that usually they have learned to disconnect from their body experience to reduce the feeling of pain. The problem with this strategy is that it also cuts them off from the resources and wisdom of the body that can help resolve pain and stress. I have found that working with breathing is generally the best place to start.
