A Different Way Of Thinking

Western concepts of health are quite unilateral - restricted ton'disease causation' by germs (or other nomenclature) with ansubsequent 'description of symptoms' and followed by a 'course ofnprescriptive drugs.'

This philosophy is 'medical' and is underwritten by 'Big Pharma' -nthe legal drug pusher in our 'very sick' society.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, in Eastern Europe, a philosophy ofnhealth was propounded which stated that health is the natural statenof the organism.

That during the process of living there is a build up of wastenmatter in each and every organism - some to a lesser or greate
degree, depending on individual lifestyle.

This build up of waste matter reaches a tolerance point whichntriggers a 'healing cycle' or 'natural detox.'

The body gets rid of this toxic overload through the three organsnof elimination and excretion - skin, kidneys and lungs.

This healing process involves a tremendous amount of energy - andnso it would be very wise to rest and conserve one's energy duringnthis healing cycle.

It is sad and very unfortunate that we are being directed tondisregard the natural processes of health restoration and are beingnguided toward mass inoculations, vaccinations and drug taking - allndirected at treating symptoms without removing causes.

Now that's not scientific!

All the best for your health and happiness,

We are adapted to survive mild exposures to radiation. After all, the sun is a kind of controlled nuclear bomb and it releases a lot of radiation. Of course, this radiation, and man-made radiation, can also cause cancer and a host of short- and long-term health problems.

"Raw Foods" is a popular phrase these days that is often misunderstood, yet represents a powerful, grass roots health movement. Some people shun the idea, not knowing what it means. Others embrace the idea, not knowing what it means. And that's no wonder, since there are many different interpretations of what it means to be on a raw food diet. Personally, I advocate a plant-based raw food diet. In other words, I suggest eating green leafy vegetables, sea vegetables, other vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds, and fruit.
