A New Approach on Time Management

It seems like almost everyone has some ideas related to time management. And realistically most of us are still not sure how to consistently manage our time. How about instead of managing our time, that we choose to make better use of our time?! Perhaps you might agree, that when we are in enjoyment of what we are doing, time seems unlimited. And when we are uncomfortable, struggling, or rushing for any reason, we are creating time challenges for ourselves. So what this suggests is when we are in the energy or awareness of enjoyment, there appears to be more time available to us.
Think of something that you really enjoy doing. Regardless of whatever activity came to mind, notice that whenever you are working on this project that you are completely content. You may even say you are in joy, heaven or nirvana. Even just momentarily visiting this project, as we have just done, gives you pleasure or enjoyment. Now think of something that you would rather avoid doing. Notice the difference in your attitude. The saying, “What we resist, will persist!” This point of view is showing us that we are controlling and creating our own destiny. Each time we are in resistance about anything, we are creating challenges for ourselves. We are moving further away from peaceful and positive resolutions. .
Our thoughts create our realities. If we are holding in mind, “Everything is fine and well! Or, “There is plenty of time!” That’s what we would be creating for ourselves. Thinking in a positive manner, helps us to achieve being in harmony and at peace. Now take a moment and again think about something that is enjoyable to you. Notice instantly you felt happier and more content. Whenever we are in enjoyment, we are also in the energies of courageousness, acceptance and peace. Happiness and love exist within each person, which is our natural state. By thinking positively, results in achieving positive outcomes. This is the nature of the Law of Attraction. Whatever we are holding in mind, is what we are attracting to ourselves. Remember, positive always attracts positive; and negative is only capable of attracting negative.
It is important that you see this for yourself. Should the majority of our thoughts be coming from a limited or negative point of view, we will unknowingly shift our awareness and create realities that we dislike or view as unfavorable. So the obvious new approach to time management is to hold in mind that everything works out favorably at all times. Plan to have a positive intention for everything you are doing. Just in deciding to hold in mind a positive intention, helps you also to hold yourself more accountable to achieving positive results. It is helpful to practice being positive more of the time. The more we hold in mind pleasant and enjoyable outcomes, the more we get to experience these types of results. Life is a decision! Change your point of view from ‘I can’t’ to “I can!”

***Avoid = Avoiding
Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Anger Can Be Positive
Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
