A peaceful heart doesn’t manifest anything other than a beautiful life. The key to a happy, bountiful and successful personal, business and spiritual life is having everything in alignment. All of our ducks have to be in order with Divine Spirit. Otherwise, our attention is distracted, weakened, and scattered.

Quote;
Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, nwind braces up, snow is exhilarating;nthere is really no such thing as bad weather, nonly different kinds of good weather.
John Ruski

Success, fulfillment, a great outlook on life and happiness can be seen as a call for transformation through metamorphosis. The physical body and Nature clearly reflect the transition between the death of the old and the birth of the new. Everything in life is constantly moving into different cycles of change. This is the renewing process through the law of economy.

Transformation Through Metamorphosisnn • The moth transforms from the cocoon as a beautiful butterflyn • An embryo transforms from the egg as a chickn • Flowers die away in the winter and reappear in the springn • A tree loses its leaves in the fall only to blossom in the springn • A human leaves this physical world and reinca
ates into another bodyn • A beloved pet translates and comes back in another life form

All of the above occur naturally according to the laws of Nature. When we are aligned with these laws, we gain a peaceful heart and then there is only good weather in our lives, no matter what may be going on outside of us. Our lives become a reflection of the peace found in nature.

Have you ever been driving by an orchard? If you have witnessed looking through the rows of trees, you may have noticed how perfectly in alignment they are with each other. It doesn’t matter if you look straight down one row and then angle your vision in any direction. All the trees are constantly in perfect alignment.

Everything in our lives also has to be in alignment, like the rows of trees. If one or more of our functions in life are out of alignment, everything will follow suit and be out of alignment.

Being In Suit Is a Law of lifenn • The cellular structure of our bodies must be in alignment or the body diesn • Every piece of music ever composed originated from only nine simple tonesn • A set of selected pieces of music from an opera or musical, arranged to be played as one instrumental work must be in suitn • Computers have set programs of uniform design with the ability to share datan • In geology, a group of minerals, rocks, or fossils occurring together are characteristic of a location or period of time.

The secret to success in our personal, business and spiritual lives is to know the natural rhythm of life. Human beings and everything in life were created from divine neutral love. When we come to understand the simplicity and natural rhythm of life, all the doors to every avenue of our lives will be in alignment and will open to make our dreams reality.

Story:
Metamorphosis: Death of the Old Birth of The New

Metamorphosis often comes when we meet our greatest challenges during trying cycles. Some of these hardships may be the death of a beloved family member, divorce, loss of job, starting a new career or losing a home to floods, hurricanes, or fires.

My metamorphosis came after a divorce and two children leaving home all at the same time. In order to speed up the metamorphosis, I was told by a career councilor that I was too old to start a career. Your can read more about this story in my book, Loving Your Age At Every Age at www.sandyparis.com.nnNeedless to say, I was shocked into action. That moment was the struggle from the cocoon to become the butterfly.

The key to mastering these sudden shocks is the realization that this is, in reality, a blessing, and the death of the old for the birth of the new. The metamorphosis of the transition motivated me to become a co-worker with life, helping others through their tough struggles by sharing my own stories of being in alignment with the laws of life as an author and keynote speaker.

Little did I know this would be my new life blessing. Writing and speaking wasn’t even a remote consideration. However, Divine Spirit had another idea. I soon began to realize what a blessing the transition made in my life.

My whole life, I was painfully shy and by no means would ever even think about being in front of any audience. It was one of my biggest fears. Then I surrendered my mental prison of fear, and now, for over thirty-six years, have been speaking before audiences of 5000 people.

This was certainly a metamorphosis.

This is how it all began.

At first, I was asked to speak at a library with two other people. I hesitantly and nervously sat in the middle, handing the mic back and forth to the two other speakers. Then, at the end, I took the mic and the words began to flow. It was the most wonderful experience I had ever had. At that point, I experienced divine love of Spirit flowing through me to the audience. I then knew that if I did more than my part of the preparation and surrendered my will to Divine Spirit, all would be well. From that point on, I have never experienced a fear of public speaking.

Then, to my surprise, people began asking for books, taking books and CDs. I didn’t even have an inkling that becoming an author would be one of my greatest loves in life. What appeared impossible became a reality.

Life is truly beautiful when we can surrender our grief and limitations for the joy that awaits our metamorphosis from the old to the new.

Change doesn’t come from the physical world of duality. Lasting change only comes from Heaven.

Spiritual contemplation not only helps us through the metamorphosis of change, it lifts us to the unlimited world of bountifulness in our personal, business, and spiritual lives. This is when we begin to live in alignment with every aspect of the laws of life. Then we begin to realize how very simple life really is, like the nine musical notes that comprise every song ever written. The illusion of separateness becomes whole.

Spiritual Contemplation

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Take a few deep breaths and open your heart to divine love. There is an ancient love song to God that can help you align your heart to the simplicity of spiritual laws. It can show the way to spiritual and physical freedom. You sing this love song, HU-U-U-U-U=U, for a few minutes. Then go into contemplation, relax and listen. Feel peace and divine love in your heart. The contemplation lasts about fifteen to twenty minutes. Then log your experience in your journal. It may be simply a feeling of relaxation, divine love, or an answer to a question you may have been asking. The important thing is to listen with an open heart. We don’t ask for our problems to be removed. We want to begin to recognize the gifts and lessons so we can let go of the old for the new. By doing this, the peaceful heart becomes a way of life in both the good times and the hard times.
