Affirmations can actually be written about just about anything, and with this in mind you are able to attract just about anything and everything you desire in life!

Of course affirmations don’t have to be about getting “things” they can also be written about change, maybe you want to:

Change how you feelr
Change an aspect of your lifer
Have more confidencer
Be more positiver
Increase self esteem

Low self-esteem affects millions of people all around the world, and can be debilitating as it stops people from being who they really are and doing the things they really want to do. Self-esteem is interchangeable with self-belief, self-love and self-worth, and it is easily hidden, so much so that even the most seemingly confident people could be suffering inside.

Circumstances that happen to us at an early age can shape the way that we behave and feel as we grow, and although we cannot change these experiences, there are ways that we can stop the cycle.

You may not realize that you have low self-esteem, however if you feel that you have a lot of problems in your life, taking a good look at them will reveal where they originate. Most of our problems are deeply rooted in faulty or limited beliefs, which are embedded into our subconscious.

These beliefs often cause you to be very negative, and dis-empower you which is why your life never seems to ever work out the way you want it to! Negative thoughts cause bad things to come into your life, why? Because we attract what we think!

“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.” - Willie Nelson

We believe that through well written daily affirmations you can begin to turn this self-sabotage around and create a more happy, healthy and confident you. When you begin saying these affirmations, you may feel silly at first… a good way to get used to saying them and believing them is to look into the mirror when you say them. Go ahead give it a go!

As you become more confident in saying your affirmations you will begin to see a change in your thinking and feel better by just saying a positive saying each day! As you continue to believe and say your affirmations you will eventually notice that your thoughts are becoming more positive and that you have more confidence.

Affirmations help to change your sub-conscious, encourage you to think more positively and will help you to attract everything you desire! Remember, don’t rush, you will not see changes over night, but we guarantee that with time you will see and feel the changes that you have always wanted!

Good Luck!

Are you having a hard time finding your passion? Many of my career coaching clients wrestle with this. It was hard for me too. This month though I discovered a new way for my career coaching clients to find their passion. Although the circumstances are not what I would wish for anyone, everyone has tough times at some time in their lives so this might work for you too. My mother who is 96 came down with bronchitis at the end of September. Two days after the doctor had diagnosed her she got worse so I called an ambulance to take her to the hospital.

Tips for finding a job in 2010 The job market is shaky. Since the recession began in December 2007, the economy has lost approximately 1.4 million jobs. The traditional job search strategy of sending out résumés, attending large job fairs, often ends up going nowhere when there are more than 14 million unemployed individuals and only 2.5 million jobs to fill according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. You may think it’s impossible to find a job in today. Not so! Now is the very best time to move forward with force, while your competition is moving slowly.

You might turn up some useful information by doing a client feedback session when their work is complete. I recently had an experience with a hospital that is an example of how frustrating a poorly working team can be. I wish they had asked for feedback!
