Are You Visualizing Your Outcomes to See Results?

Do you spend time comparing yourself to others? Getting frustrated because you think you come up short? This is a problem that everyone has and it is also one that can be overcome with some practice. That’s not to say it will never come up again, but you will be better equipped to deal with it when it does rear its ugly head.

There is always someone else that you will perceive as being better than you, skinnier, prettier, richer, smarter, etc. The key to getting past this is to focus on what is working for you.

Act out a visualization exercise. Visualize yourself doing what it is that you are doubting yourself on. See it happening smoothly and the way you want it to be.

Now hold that in your mind and replay it over and over.

Also though, make sure to detach yourself from the outcome. Just have fun and don’t worry about what is going to happen.

If more business owners stopped constantly worrying about the outcome and started having fun in their business they would be able to accomplish so much more.
