Dave Buck says “going to a seminar is a form of entertainment unless it is followed up with some type of support system such as a coaching relationship. The problem is you return to your environments and those are set up by the old you.” I would add the most important of those environments is the one that is the hardest to renovate, your inner environment.

Of all the things you can do to start living the life you want, hiring a personal coach is the most powerful thing you can do. I did. If you are ready to take your life back go on the internet and search coaching. Interview coaches as you would if you were going to hire an employee. I recommend you hire an Integrative Coach because they are trained to help you access your inner resources and inner wisdom, and to integrate all that conditioning and those beliefs and concepts that are in your way, (your inner environment). Make sure there is chemistry between you and your coach. This person should have done their own work so they can be with anything that comes up in the coaching relationship without injecting their stuff into the mix. Great coaches stay out of the way.
