Why do people gravitate to Network Marketing instead of more traditional businesses? I have been in the restaurant business most of my life and when I was laid off from my traditional job I decided I would like to open a sandwich shop.

I started doing some investigating and before I was thru the total cost was around $200,000.00. This is without rent, lights, etc. My how prices had changed since I last owned a business and basically I was buying myself a job that I could work 10-12 hours a day for six days a week. The barrier of entry was way too high.

Which brings me back to MLM. The reason people turn to MLM is the barrier of entry is not high. Even if you were to invest $3000 to $5000 (and of course you can do it for $500 or less) and you quit your world would not come crashing down on you. The barrier of exit is low.

If you invested $200,000.00 you wouldn't walk away after two months if things were not going well. You would work harder and protect you investment. You could not afford to quit. So the barrier of exit is considerably higher.

Here is the difference the potential ROI in MLM could be at the level of a CEO and you would never have to leave the house unless you chose to. You would win your true freedom back and live a life you dream about. You don't have to have a degree, you don't have to be brilliant. However, it does take persistence and perseverence. You can't quit at the first sign of disappointment and there will be plenty, but if you can break thru those barriers the world will truly be yours.

We don’t
