Are there ways to alleviate the dissatisfaction that finds its way into our lives? Well, you never do know until you give it a try, right? So whether it is your ominous pile of laundry, your inability to find more time in your day to read a great book, your lack of appreciation for the “fun” episodes in your life, the state of your home or your children and their messy rooms, all is not lost. You have the power to generate change; you hold the recipe to concoct a different outcome.
~Be open to change: usually what we are not happy with we can alter to meet our expectations. Typically we can make amends with our troublesome situations and alleviate our conce
s. If we didn’t hold this power to modify would we still be bothered? Probably not because we can usually vary the situation or event to meet our expectations or we wouldn’t be complaining about it in the first place.
~Be patient with the situation: take a deep breath, step back and ask yourself “is the situation or event worth being frustrated or disgruntled about?” Taking a moment to contemplate the circumstance usually promotes feelings of control and calmness allowing you to be fully aware of your ability to maintain composure and proceed eloquently.
~Be calm and collected: allowing the art of tranquility into your life and approaching situations in a peaceful manner presents an unruffled approach to living out your days, creates a stress free way of living and instills composure within your ways of proceeding throughout your day.
Remember now, you hold the key to alter any unsettling elements of your life. Unlock your means and make something happen to create the expectations and outcomes that you do so desire. Delving into the art of approval takes practice and requires repetitive introduction to evolve into a habit. It is your complete right to mold and craft your life into exactly what you want it to be.
