The Chakra Shower Meditation can be performed as a full length meditation or with practise it can become an exercise that you can easily do whenever you feel you need to cleanse your Chakras.

We are all aware of the cleansing and healing properties of water and the power of colour. The Chakra Shower uses these properties through visualisation and intention to cleanse your Chakras.

To begin the Chakra Shower, bring yourself in to a meditative state, if you need more ideas on how to do this please take a look at my free meditation course which offers many suggestions and ideas for the meditation process.

When you feel ready visualise yourself stepping into a shower...the water is the perfect temperature for you and you can feel the water flowing over your entire body.

The water washes away all stress and tension, you look down at your feet and notice all the stress and tension simply washing away.

As you relax and let go even further the water begins to change colour...it turns into a beautiful, vibrant red. The red water pours over you and energises you to the core of your being.

The red water washes away all of your fears, without any resistance, your fears are simply washed away, let go and allow the water to wash away fear, leaving you feeling empowered.

The water begins to change colour again, it changes to a brilliant shade of orange. The orange water flows over you and open you to experience joy and allows you to release shame and guilt.

Feel the orange water washes away all that no longer benefits you, leaving you with space for joy and happiness in your life.

The water begins changing colour again, this time it is a bright shade of yellow. The yellow water flows over you and washes away all emotional unease.

As the yellow water flows you feels strengthened and secure. The yellow water clears your mind allowing clarity of thought.

The water changes again....this time to a beautiful shade of green. The green water flows over you balancing and restoring your body, purifying your whole system.

The green water renews your expression of unconditional love and forgiveness.

Feel the green water open you heart allowing you to be filled with love and knowing that you are connected to all that is.

Now the water changes again, this time to beautiful, soothing blue. The blue water strengthens your self expression and allows you to speak your truth freely and express yourself with clarity and certainty.

The blue water washes away self doubt, leaving you feeling confident and calm.

Then the water changes again, this time to a deep indigo. The indigo water stimulates your third eye and your natural healing abilities.

The indigo water flows over you bringing you to a state of peace and calm, connecting you to all that is.

Finally the water changes to a brilliant glowing white, feel the water flowing over your crown and pouring over the whole of your being.

This beautiful white water heals you on every level, washing away physical, emotional and spiritual blocks.

It showers you with unconditional love, peace and joy, leaving you feel completely cleansed.

Slowly the water returns to it's normal state and you feel cleansed, refreshed and a oneness with all that is.

When you are ready step out of the shower and become aware of yourself once more where you are sitting or lying down.
The first couple of times you practise the Chakra Shower you may take a while to come around after it, so allow yourself as much time as you need. If you feel light headed at all remember to ground yourself and breathe deeply.

Once you are familiar with the Chakra Shower you can use it anywhere and at any time, activating the Chakra Shower to wash over you and cleanse your Chakras.
