Living Life on Life's Terms

Hello! My name is Denise Cooney for those of you who do not know me, I am blessed with the gifts that include being a medical intuitive and reader. I write books, teach classes but more importantly I live life.

Part of what we all miss on this great journey in life is that we only live in the present. How do I know this? Because many times while living my life I also get caught up in the petty everyday goings on that take me so far away from enjoying being alive.

In this world we can be promised one thing...we are in charge of how we respond to life. Many times we just react to life and generate a tremendous amount of energy in trying to deflect what has come our way.

I want to assure you that this usually does not bring about closeure or satisfaction in creating calm in your life. People usually come to me after some life altering event has occured. I will share with you a wonderful key to life.

Live life on life's terms. Allow yourself to know that God is in charge of your life. This means that no one, absolutely no situation can overtake you forever. Life has tremendous changes for us all. Try to remember that Divine Order is in every phase of your life.

Try when in the middle of chaos to remember this. Try to breath and take notice that you are still you. Sometimes it is because "we have reacted this way" to a situation is "why" we always feel so "bad or upset" when things change.

Unless we change the way we respond to situations we will always react the same way and always get the same results. Try when you are calm and poised to practice releasing and letting go.

This means trusting that God or Divine Order is now in every single phase of your life. Practice focusing in on love and surround those who you love and those who bother you the most. The funny thing is that when I treat people either for a healing or a reading it is usually a person or situation that they have not let go of that is causing them the disease process or a series of negative situations in thier lives.

By releasing and letting you free up your aura or your energy field. Listen it is the way it is. Haven't you noticed that people who are happy generate a wonderful feeling that almost feels like they are vibrating? Notice those in love and those who are angry. Notice what you are feeling right now.
