During this course, you will learn how crystals work as well as choosing, cleansing, energising, programming crystals as well as some of the most popular crystals and how they can help you. You will also learn important crystal healing information and how to create powerful grids to generate and maintain an energy flow.

Crystals are a type of naturally formed mineral, a rock. Each crystal has a vibration, which if maintained with love and respect, is healing and empowering in different ways, depending on the type of crystal.

Crystals are members of the Elemental realm along with all animals, fairies, elves, mermaids, unico
s and so on. It is important that when working with crystals you treat them with love and care, as these beautiful, powerful, tender beings are very much aware of their experience and so can be wounded if mistreated.
Clear Quartz is the most popular type of crystal. It comes naturally as a point or a cluster of points or alte
atively can be cut and shaped to form any number of shapes, each of which adding it’s own powerful vibration (sacred geometry includes the power and vibration of shapes) to the healing and helping benefits of the crystal. Some of the shapes available are – Sphere (crystal ball), egg, heart, cross, Platonic Solids.

Other crystals and minerals also have their own natural and hand-shaped forms. Some of the most popular and least expensive crystals are tumbled stones, which means they look (in shape) like a polished rock.

As mentioned earlier, Clear Quartz is generally seen as the most popular type of crystal as it is very common, beautiful and the most versatile. Quartz is easy to purchase, it has a strong energy that is very easy for most people to sense, and as well as having it’s own natural healing and other metaphysical properties, is able to be programmed to give off the vibration that the individual wants in order to create the perfect tool adapted to specific needs.

There’s a lot of detailed information about Quartz, there are many natural formations, each one having its own metaphysical purpose. Books such as Melody’s ‘Love Is In The Earth: A Kaleidoscope of Crystals.’, or ‘Crystal Therapy’ by Doreen Virtue and Judith Lukomski.

Amethyst – a beautiful purple stone which raises your vibration, supporting you in spiritual focuses including meditation and spiritual study.

Citrine – an amber coloured crystal that is uplifting and is great to support you in a not so easy to manage environment.

Smoky quartz – ranges in colour from pale, translucent with a smoky brown or grey colour to an opaque pitch black. Smoky is a wonderful cleanser, it is deep, slow, and powerful.

Rose Quartz – is a soft pink stone, usually opaque, the resonates healing love.

Other Common Crystals and Stones include:

Snowflake Obsidian - a balancer

Agates – covers a variety of stones each one with different properties

Fossilised wood – a beautiful, grounding stone

Tiger Eye – empowering, strengthening

Celestite – connects you to the angelic realm – easily

Kyanite – healing, balancing and empowering in many ways.

These are just a few of thousands of crystals and stones – and their metaphysical properties. It is important to note that as many interpretations as you will find of what these amazing Beings can do, you are much better off exploring your own relationship with them as your own vibrations (and sometimes lifetimes of experience) do affect how they interact with you.

This brings us to the end of the first lesson. During the next lesson you will learn how to choose, cleanse and energise your crystal. If you enjoyed this lesson, please log in and leave a comment.. .
