One of the marvelous ways we can make our lives calmer, our environments less muddled and free our minds is to take care of mental and physical disorder. Having unfinished business to take care of weighs on you creating an energy drain and until your this and that is thoroughly taken care of and you can wipe your hands clean of such confusion, you can’t possibly move onward with your hopes and dreams.

Picture in your mind all the unfinished projects, phone calls to address, business transactions, organizational jobs that still need attending to and then imagine all of those chores packed into a backpack that you carry around with you 24/7. They steal your energy on a moment to moment basis. They do not allow you to fully step forward into the future that you are pursuing. They strip you of your dreams because with unfinished business comes wasted energy. So let’s take care of your to-do list of unfinished events in your life. By following a few simple, easy steps you can begin to grasp your future with two hands and tackle this, that and the other thing to completion.

~Make three separate lists with the following titles: Home, Personal, and Business. Seeing your inventory on paper will make it easier to stay on task and not be as overwhelmed. ~Take one list at a time and write down any unfinished business that needs to be addressed. ~Be thorough. Stay focused. Maintain continuity. ~Then approach one task at a time, tackle it and check it off. ~You have the rest of your life to complete your lists, no stress; be patient with yourself.

It truly is amazing when you begin to take care of disarray what doors can open up for you due to the lightening of your mind, the creation of peace and the lack of disorder in your everyday life. Does it take effort on your part? Yes. Does it require you to spend time doing things that you wish you possibly didn’t have to spend time doing? Yes. Stop for a moment and think to yourself how much easier you will be able to breathe and focus on your prospective opportunities when you have taken care of baggage. Take one job at a time and do what is necessary to get it done. Do not move on to another job until the chosen one is complete and can be checked off your list. You will discover that as you accomplish each task you’ll open a new door of energy and be able to tackle your health and wellness goals more efficiently and effectively. Good luck and breathe!
