Hot yoga or bikram yoga is gaining popularity as an effective way for exercise, detoxification and weight loss. from your body. For this exercise program, yoga is performed as if you are in a sauna. Additionally, your yoga teacher may also teach you the techniques of meditation. Meditation can help you relax your mind and to reduce mental stress toxins. It is a way to feeling whole spiritually. As such, detoxification with bikram yoga or hot yoga can be said to be a powerful means to helping you attain mind-body-spirit balance.
