Everyone knows a well-balanced diet and exercise is good for your health, but Feng Shui can be too. If used correctly, Feng Shui can help point your health in the right direction. There are three areas - the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - in your home that have a strong connection to your health.
In all three of these rooms, you want to try to let in as much natural light as possible. Light is a strong source of energy, which will result in good Feng Shui. If you live in a home that doesn't allow for a lot of natural light, there are other ways to bring light in. Smart, indoor lighting will also suffice as well as using your Feng Shui colors as light.
Also, it is important to have fresh air circulating throughout your home. Breathing in clean, fresh air on a regular basis is essential for your health. To ensure your air is clean and fresh, try using air-purifying plants or simply open up windows as often as possible.
Another thing to keep in mind in these three areas is the amount of clutter. Clearing clutter is important in Feng Shui. Clutter brings negative energy to a space and it drains that energy from you. Take a walk around your house and look for areas that appear cluttered and begin to work on those target areas. Specifically, look at what's in your kitchen too. Cleanse you kitchen by getting rid of unhealthy foods and make an effort to keep those kinds of foods out. Just remember, the less clutter you have, the better energy your home will have.
The Feng Shui of your home definitely has a direct impact on your health. So, keep these tips in mind and continue to work towards a home with positive energy, which will eventually, lead to a healthier you.

Calculating Your Feng Shui Ming Gua
The direction in which a person sleeps or does other prolonged activities is very important. Each person has his or her own energy, which in Feng-Shui is called a number of “Gua”, also known as your “Ming Gua”. It is easily calculated. Based on that number, people are further separated into two types: “eastern” and “western” (but this has nothing to do with hemispheres of the planet). Each person also has four favorable and four adverse directions. You can do the simplest calculations by yourself.

According to the National Association of Professional Organizations, research shows a direct correlation between productivity and clutter.
