Fortitude: Having the strength and the courage to go after what you want takes guts, grit and determination all of which must be on board this freight train as we move on into the future. You have the stamina and endurance to remain strong and focused in the pursuit of your goals; and you will not bow down to weakness at any point on our journey. You will follow your aspirations and you will be triumphant. You will be successful and you will accept nothing less.
One tremendous objective that we are now currently pursuing is having the audacity to align our actions and words with our goals. It’s having the bravery to walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk. Deciding what you want for your life and working diligently toward those goals each and every day will ultimately bring your closer to your desired outcomes. It is absolutely acceptable for you to want and deserve everything in your life and there is entirely no reason that your dreams can’t come true. You are worthy of achieving anything and everything that you put your mind to and that is exactly what is going to happen. You are going to make the things happen in your life that you have been pining for. You are going to change the things that you have been doing, the things that have not been creating the life you want and you are going to feel, taste, and touch all the things that you want out of life.
Here are some pointers on how to stay on task and conquer the days ahead:
-Acceptance: Love yourself for who you are and work toward improvement.
-Willingness: Open your mind to a new road and trust your coach.
-Balance: Reach for the fortitude to live without obsessions and steady yourself.
-Forgiveness: Acknowledge that to err is human, learn and move on.
-Kindness: Treat yourself with compassion and understanding as you would do unto others.
-Optimism: Expect the best from yourself and do not settle for anything less.
-Allowance: Give yourself permission to be successful, let it happen.
Today you will turn over a new leaf and look at challenging situations with an encouraging point of view, one that will not bow down and roll over. Today you will stand tall, gain confidence in the brilliant woman you are and tackle your life with strength and determination. Permit life to calmly take you by the hand and lead you to your destiny filled with boundless potential and vigor.
