Earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust. We come from the soil, and at some point, we return to the soil. Common minerals that come from the soil can have a powerful effect on our bodies. Minerals in our soil where food is grown, and the surrounding elements, air and water, when ingested, relate to how much energy we have.
