"Every one I know has major challenges going on in their life now."

Question: Everybody that I know has major challenges going on in some part of their life. Things seem to be very intense. Could you talk about why and what can be done?

Divine Mother: This is because they are changing. There is a new Light coming to the earth. There is new Light flooding the earth. The Light is activating within both your physical body and your subtle energy bodies to lift you and the earth into a new frequency.

When you are lifting into a new frequency, that which was resonating at the old frequency stops and your energy field shifts. The Light quality entering the earth's atmosphere now is creating a situation in which everyone and everything on this planet is lifting its frequency. This includes dogs, ants, trees, water. Everything is changing, so you must change because you are a part of the physical makeup and subtle vibrational makeup of the planet. When I say "you," I am referring to your physical body and your subtle energy field. The true you is infinite, but you are using a vibrational costume so that you can do things, create things. It is your vibrational costume that is changing, that is why you are sometimes feeling uncomfortable.

Everyone you know is changing. There are challenges because everyone must change the way they face life. They must look at life differently and relate to life differently. The challenges are signals that something needs to change. Their point of view is what needs to change so that they do not try to stay in the old energy, so that they let go of the old and step into the new Light.

If they know that they are changing, it is easier. If a snake knows that his skin is molting, he simply glides out of it. This is what everyone must do. When life is changing, you need to let go of the understandings that were helpful at one level of activity and embrace those that are now needed at a new degree of Light. You must glide out of your old skin. If the snake tries to hold on to his old broken skin, he will be very uncomfortable. He will not be able to function. Illness and fear will come. He must find another way to behave so that he leaves the old skin and starts doing things differently.

It can be intense if you are changing fast. That is what everyone is feeling. That is why we are here to help you glide out of the old skin gracefully. But you must let go of the old skin. People are afraid to let go of the old. There is a certain security to holding on to the old like a toddler holding on to a baby blanket. Often, if he holds onto the old blanket, he will trip over it.

The way to let go is to open into Wholeness. This is something that has not been done enough because it sounds abstract and people do not know if it can be trusted. You are being asked to go beyond the boundaries of the ego and step into your infinite Self. All your friends need to do this. They need to activate the new life energy within them and accept their self-authority.

Open your heart to so deeply that Divine Mother sits in your lap. The ego-self does not know about this and will try to negate what you know in your heart is true. But you are in charge of your life. You choose what you are going to believe now.
