Einstein made no secret that everything is energy. He was responsible for bringing awareness to the fact that we are made up of energy.
All parts of the body including muscles, brain, heart, liver and the brain, need energy to work. This energy comes from many sources, but most of all from the food we eat.
Most People Lack What They Need
Without the foods required for our individual needs, we fail to function at our best. A quick look around indicates that most people are not consuming the foods their body requires. As individual as our fingerprint is, our body’s need for specific foods based on our DNA, is a little understood area of conversation.
We learned in science class that everything in nature is vibrating energy. The atoms and molecules of every kind of substance vibrate with energy frequencies. The desk you sit at appears solid but is actually vibrating with energy, though it is moving at such a low speed that it appears to be totally solid. Sound has such a high vibration that we can’t see it, and some frequencies of sound vibrate at such a high speed that we can’t hear them.
Food is pure energy. It vibrates at a frequency different that the chair you are sitting on. Some foods have much greater vibratory speed. Plants tend to vibrate at a very high rate.
Energy Frequencies in food
The earth has a magnetic, vibrating energy field. Your body is also made up of vibrating energy frequencies. Every organ and gland have its own particular frequency of vibration. The term energy field is used to describe the energy around an object. Your body is pure energy and has an electromagnetic energy field. The energy field of your body can be detected and measured from several feet away.
The parts of your body are interconnected in very complex ways right down to the subatomic level. For thousands of years scientists and healers have told us of this incredible connection between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Just as you have unique fingerprints, your energetic vibration is also unique to you.
When your body is vibrating at its optimal frequency and you are balanced physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, you are healthy. When your body is not balanced energetically it is not as healthy and cannot function harmoniously.
Contributing Factors
There are several factors that contribute to your body functioning at optimal frequency. Food is among the most important. However, what may be healthy and beneficial to one person, may not be to someone else.
One person may thrive by consuming bananas while their spouse may feel sluggish and worn down with the composition found in this fruit.
So how do you know what’s best for you? You ask your body. It’s really that simple. The best way to ask is by using the Food Codes method.
In my book, The Food Codes, I take you step-by-step on how to tap into what your body requires given the specific situation you are in. In a previous blog post, I told you how even your own needs change. What might be good at one point, may not be good for you under different circumstances.
Learn what your body requires, and you will be well on your way to maximizing your energy and efficiency.

7 Benefits of Eating Raw Foods
"Raw Foods" is a popular phrase these days that is often misunderstood, yet represents a powerful, grass roots health movement. Some people shun the idea, not knowing what it means. Others embrace the idea, not knowing what it means. And that's no wonder, since there are many different interpretations of what it means to be on a raw food diet. Personally, I advocate a plant-based raw food diet. In other words, I suggest eating green leafy vegetables, sea vegetables, other vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds, and fruit.
