Continuity; when pursuing the endeavor toward better health and fitness in your life it is imperative to search for a realistic link between physical movement and the time you have during your days to dedicate towards movement. Being aware, down-to-earth and reasonable about this partnership will enable you to maintain permanence of your new, improved schedule.

This connection requires you to take the life you lead at the present moment, the reality of all its components and pragmatically carve out some habitual time to exercise. The more levelheaded you are, the further your search for balance regarding the relationship between the life you lead and the expectations of your set-up for keeping fit the more successful you will be at maintaining this liaison.

With all that being said, let’s take a look at a plan that will help you decide what days are best for you to workout, what time of day is most convenient and what activity to participate in. We’ll also discuss what kind of elements should be taken into consideration when planning for this relationship between real life and exercise to flourish.

~Create a calendar of the days of the week.Break the days into two parts,a.m.& p.m. ~Fill in your work time, family time, and volunteer time, etc. ~Look at each day, one-by-one and plug in your exercise. ~Be realistic with your available time. Don’t create scheduling chaos. ~Remember that exercise time can be split into segments within your day. ~When choosing your activity be sure to include a variety of goings-on. ~When your rough draft for the week in established, copy it into your daily planner to ensure your commitment is bona fide and visible.

Having a concrete plan and actually carving out periods of time on your daily agenda make it more likely that you will follow through with your plans for activity. These agenda promises will lead you toward your goals. When you walk-the-walk you are rewarded with exactly what you are traveling toward, great health and well-being.
