Exercise to Creating
A New Reality
By: Dr. Corey Sondrup, D.C.

Below is an exercise I use in my office, at seminars and for myself. Exercise to Creating A New Reality is a step by step process that involves communicating with your subconscious mind, connecting to source and the use of the Hawaiian Ho'ponopono Healing Prayer. Have fun with it. Let me know how it works for you. ENJOY!
Step 1) Validate and acknowledge your present state or situation of your current reality. This usually pertains to a state of lack or wanting. Or it involves a current situation such as a poor health, relationships and /or finances. Stay out of any judgment you may have from your present reality. List your current reality on a piece of paper.

Step 2) Allow any thoughts, feelings, or emotions of fear, panic, or anxiety to surface. Validate and acknowledge but, most importantly, embrace and feel any fear, panic, or anxiety. Do not run away from or shrink from these emotions. Breathe in the fear, panic, and anxiety. Remember! No one ever died from a panic attack.

Step3) Once the fear, panic, and anxiety ceases, and it will! You typically will now flow into a state of excitement and greater insight. Allow the insight and excitement to problem solve for you. Most often we become flooded with outdated self limiting beliefs (CBP’s - core belief programs) that are holding us back from our true potential. Self limiting beliefs such as: “I am stupid.”, “I don’t deserve.”, and “I don’t have what it takes.” Etc. write down any and all outdated self limiting beliefs that come into you mind.

Step 4) Give your present reality along with your outdated, self limiting beliefs to your (God, source, spirit, higher power, mother earth, quantum field). As you give your present reality and self limiting beliefs to source, bless them all using The Hawaiian Ho’ponopono healing prayer.
“I love you!”
“I am sorry!”
“Please forgive me!”
“Thank You!”

Step 5) Validate and acknowledge your ancestors from your mother’s line and your father’s line. Release any generational patterns that may have attributed to your self limiting beliefs. Thank them for any lessons you learned. Again, using The Hawaiian Ho’ponopono healing prayer for your ancestors.
“I love you!”
“I am sorry!”
“Please forgive me!”
“Thank You!”

Step 6) Now, validate and acknowledge any contracts, oaths, vows or covenants you may have agreed to in your past(s) that may have attributed to your present reality. Re-negotiate or dissolve those contracts that may be holding you back (vows of poverty, celibacy etc.). Send the contracts to your source. Using Ho’ponopono.
“I love you!”
“I am sorry!”
“Please forgive me!”
“Thank You!”
Give thanks for any lessons learned from these contacts.

Step 7) Burn, bury or rip up and throw away your lists of your current realities and outdates self limiting beliefs.

Step 8) Now that the slate is clean, on a piece of paper, write down your new intentions/reality. Put the reality in present tense from. e.g. “I have a positive, happy, healthy relationship with someone I deeply love!”, “My Finances are strong!”. To your list, add any new updated un-limiting beliefs. e.g. “I am a divine, wondrous creation of God-Yes!”, “God wants me to succeed-Yes!”, “I am worthy and deserving of all the best that love and life has to offer-Yes!”

Step 9) Utilizing all aspects of your senses: sight; sound, taste, smell, touch (feeling). Write down (the more detailed, the better). What your new reality looks like (pictures, images, colors), sounds like (what people may tell you, what you tell yourself, sounds of nature etc.), continue the same process with touch (feeling), taste and smell. For most people, most information will be from sight, sound and touch (feeling).

Step 10) Once you have your current reality/intention, your new un-limiting beliefs and your detailed sensory description, hold them all in a state of already existing. Now, most importantly, hold the emotions or feelings of love, kindness, compassion or gratitude. The easiest way to do this is to think of a time in your life that is dear to you. Maybe it’s your children, graduating from college etc. imprint those emotions and feelings to your new reality. Put the paper with everything new you have added in a safe, loving place. Now, bless your new reality.
“I love you!”
“I am sorry!”
“Please forgive me!”
“Thank You!”

Step11) Release your new reality into the universe. As you move through life, continue to give and radiate the emotions and feelings of love, kindness, compassion and gratitude. Love kindness, compassion and gratitude are the catalysts to creating.

Step 12) Celebrate life to the fullest! Live everyday as if it were your last day.
