At one time or another, maybe even today, I am sure you have experienced a lack of motivation, zest, or enthusiasm in your professional and/or personal life.
Perhaps you are feeling stuck, down and out, pessimistic, stressed or anxious, or find yourself wanting to throw in the towel, so to speak.
Some days you may feel you don't have the energy or incentive to do much of anything and that the challenge you are facing is too great. That's okay. We all have days like those from time to time.
What you want to watch for though is that the days aren't turning into weeks and months of complaining, not getting things done, feeling stuck or at a loss, and that you have given up before doing your very best.
Reading inspirational or motivational quotes helps lift ones spirits.
They can stir inner and outer creativity, movement, enthusiasm, joy, peace, love, and growth.
These encouraging words provide food for thought.
When you have your breakfast, you are fueling your body for the day; at the same time you can nourish your mind and soul by reading or listening to something or someone to help start your day in a positive way.
