From Medication to Meditation.

Meditation is a Great Doctor. Love is the Greatest Healer.

All negative behavior will eat away the healthy cells like parasites.

WHY DO WE GET ILL ?
We have all been conditioned to believe that illness is inevitable, and that it is only by maintaining a degree of physical fitness, eating healthy fresh foods, or by taking drugs in some form, that we can fight infection to restore a breakdown in our biological function.

However the basic principle of holistic health states that all physical symptoms are a manifestation of a dis-ease in our Emotional, Mental, Physical, or Spiritual Bodies, and that we can at least limit it’s effects by Meditation, and by feeding our mind daily with thoughts of Love, Health, Happiness, Contentment, Peace, Joy, and an Abundance of Positive Energy. Do you consciously feed your mind daily? Affirming and Visualizing yourself happy, content, and healthy continuously.
Good health requires balance, and harmony of the mind, body, spirit, and soul.

Positive Thoughts, Affirmations, and Visualizations are very potent when used for the purpose of Healing, especially when used with Meditation.
Affirm to yourself, “ All is well in my life right now.”
Visualize yourself with abundant vigorous health. Spend time everyday seeing, feeling, bathing, and soaking yourself in vigorous health.
Dis-ease does not have a chance in a body filled with life., and whose mind only thinks positive contributing, uplifting, loving, and thoughts.
See every cell in your body glowing, and healthy.
Blessed are those who believe they are well before they see the results.

We are not a body with a spirit, We are a spirit living inside a body.
We are made up of, Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul. Each has needs, and these needs must be met in order for them to be Synchronized, Balanced, and Healthy and in Harmony. Working together for the good of the whole.

The Needs Of The Mind Are:
To continuously feed the mind with good positive, contributing, uplifting, loving thoughts, therefore renewing and raising the level of your energy and vibration..
To keep your mind sharp, learning new challenging things.
To have a positive mental attitude of yourself, humanity and of the world.
To have a healthy self-image of who you are, to know yourself well.
To have Positive Thoughts, Words, Actions and Intentions.
Stimulation. Education, Dreams, Goals. Focus, Contemplation, Joy, Faith, Hope, Love, Quiet Time, Calm Emotions and to Belief in Yourself.
You will never see a Happy, Positive, Prosperous, Healthy, Successful, Dynamic, Confident, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Motivated, and Successful Person with negative thoughts. This scenario does not and cannot exist.

The Needs Of The Body Are:
Good Nutrition.
The world is starving for the food , Love and Adoration. Why !
Exercise, and Flexibility of the Limbs.
Balanced Energy, Quiet Time, and Relaxation.
Rhythmic Deep Breathing, and Meditation.
A Good Deep Peaceful Nights Sleep.
Try not to eat for three hours before you go to sleep. This will allow the body to be in healing mode, therefore you are Healing while you are Sleeping.
Food for thought, There is no pillow so soft as a clean conscience.

The Needs Of The Spirit Are:
To continuously refresh, work with your Spirit, and use your Intuition regularly..
Love. Peace. Joy, Kindness, Wisdom, Goodness, Faithfulness, Commitment, Gentleness, Honour, Honesty, Self-Control, Happiness, Righteousness, Stillness, Quiet, Prayer, Meditation, Mindfulness, Pure Thought, Pure Action, Pure Intent, Unconditional Love, Acceptance, Compassion, Conscience, Contentment, Bliss, Gratitude, A Forgiving Heart, Divine Energy and Vibration, A Yearning for Learning, Understanding, and Enlightenment. Believing and Trusting in, Infinite Guidance and Direction. Surrounding yourself with loving, like-minded people who support you. These are Food for the Spirit.

In your Meditation, open your heart to the universe and ask for creativity.
There is something, we can receive beyond ourselves, and each of us has our own Private Door. It can be a pathway when we put it to use. It is our personal guide. It can lead us to Happiness. This system works for Healing, Getting a Job, Finding the Right Partner, etc. Simply Believe and you will Receive. To disbelieve is our biggest obstacle.
Each one of us has a faculty that we can use to get insight and answers to all our questions. We are a Hologram of the Whole Universe- We are plugged in, we just need to believe and turn on the switch. Accept it, Love it, Believe it, Trust it, Learn how to use it, Learn how to activate it, It is a guide to the path of life.
As we travel on this path of life, we need to transcend ethnic, social, and economic times, moving forward keeping our focus on the big picture, Peace and Unity. Together we can heal the world and all who reside in it.
Love is the greatest walk.

The Needs Of The Soul Are:
Music that soothes the soul - not bruise the soul.
To be clean on a Soul level is Mental Hygiene.
To Fill the Soul with Good Happy Truthful Useful Memories.
To believe in the ultimate kindest of the universe.
To believe in the ultimate human desire to strive for world peace.
To Live in the NOW. Feeling gratitude and joy in each momentr
Living totally in the impersonal realm.
Positivity is sweet for the soul and healthy for the mind and body.
“We must first become within ourselves what we want to see happen in others and in the outer world.” Everyone can make a small positive difference. Added together that would then become a humungous change for the good of all, and for the universe.
Never underestimate the Power of One.

Things Not To Allow Into Your Life Are:
Fear. Hate. Being overly Critical. Guilt. Self-Pity. Selfishness. Judgement. Envy. Hoarding. Unforgiveness. Payback. Anger. Immorality. Gossip. Greed, and Cruelty in any form. To make up lies about someone and to spread it around deliberately to hurt a person, is unacceptable and will create a Karmic Debt for the perpetrator.
Confucius said.” If you decide to live in revenge you might as well dig two graves, because it will destroy both people.” Mud Sticks.
All of these things will bring strife, disease, and sickness into your life.
You are attracting it to yourself.
We must abstain completely from hurting anyone in any way, including ourselves.

Thoughts are Real Forces. Are your Thought Killing you?

The way we think can literally make us sick.
Thoughts are a Magical and Mysterious Substance, Yet they are so common and ordinary in our lives that we fail to Recognize their Power.
The negative mind is a great trickster, it will have us believe the worst scenario. Thoughts are a living creative substance, they create our personal energy and vibration. Thoughts can lift you up, or they can pull you down. Negative Thoughts and Words can literally kill you.
You are what you think you are. Your health should be your priority.
Thoughts can make you feel sick or they can make you feel well.
Affirm to yourself, “ I feel great,---I feel great,---I feel great !” repeatedly.

IT makes all the difference what you tell yourself about yourself. Your words really are your magic wand.
As you speak today, so it will become for you in your future.

We must cast out of our mind all negative thoughts of, Fear, Worry, Guilt, Anger, Envy, Greed, Vanity, Judgement, Gossip, Hypocrisy, Hate, Shame, Jealousy, Selfishness, Dishonesty, Being overly Critical and Reactive, Unforgiving, Angry, and always making Excuses. These are all useless destructive contaminating thoughts. When you get one of these thoughts, flick it off. Say, get lost and immediately replace it with a positive thought.

Living In The Past Can Make Us Sick.
An inner conflict, A suppressed memory or a suppressed emotion, can create an imbalance in your body. It lives in the shadow so deep, you do not have to face it or confront it. Until you do, you will never be free, your past will haunt you. Forgiveness is a flight to freedom. Forgiveness is for your Health.

Let go of your negative past NOW. If you do not you will not get well. You will not have a future. You have locked yourself away in the prison of your negative memories. Why would you give yourself a life sentence for what someone else has done to you. It is rubbish, bad rubbish, get rid of it before it kills your spirit.

Stress Can Make Us Sick.
Stress is the cause of so many health issues, and has so many different names. Stress and anxiety can kill you. This is why it is important to make a firm and committed choice to keep strife out of your life.
Mental stress can trigger a lack of blood flow to the heart. Stress can trigger a whole variety of illnesses.
Stress has NO benefits, NO rewards, Absolutely NONE.
As long as we choose to live with stress-by thinking negative thoughts-speaking negative words, reacting to every little thing, making the same mistakes over and over again, blaming everyone else for everything, acting upon all our conditioned responses to past events in the present moment, avoiding everything and face nothing and refusing to take responsibility for our own life choices. Nothing will change.
We will continue to live a life with stress.
We will not change, we will not grow, and we will not evolve.
We will never live our in peace and harmony.
Life will not flow smoothly, it will continue to stay in chaos.
Medical research seems to prove that stress causes breakdown of the bodies natural immune system, leading to serious illness.

When we visit a physician with a serious health issue, we are either given some form of medication, which often has side effects and that isn’t good, Or we may be advised to have surgery and that isn’t good either. So if alte
ative holistic methods can work without any side effects, why not look into, and consider them.
I realize that for serious problems, there may not be any other way other than the traditional treatments, however, meditation will help you in any scenario.
Stop, Think, Listen, Seek, Ask, Look at all the options, get a second opinion before you make a move, and choose. Your health is your responsibility. Choose carefully, Choose wisely. One wrong decision can change your life forever.
Seek and you will find the correct solution..

Change Is The Very Essence Of Life. Change Heals.
When you can change your thoughts, then you can change your circumstances. Change your lifestyle, Slow down. Learn to relax, resolve negative issues, and start to change your thinking. You will be pleasantly surprised. Positive results happen very quickly.
We change all our material things frequently, and think nothing of it. Yet there is such resistance in the word change, especially to change ourselves.

Start by changing one thought at a time. Change Hate to Love.

The human body is a miraculous healing mechanism appropriated by love, faith, belief, deep mindful contemplative prayer, meditation, positive energy, gratitude, words of praise and adoration, desire, peace, unshakable joy and belief in healing. Simply having the expectation of wellness is healing.

All of these things build hope and open the heart and spirit.
The best physician is the one who inspires the most HOPE.
Whatsoever we think and speak- so shall we reap.

Words Are Very Important In Healing..
“Kind words are like honey, healthy for the body and sweet for the soul”
Once you have spoken a word you cannot retrieve it or change it. Words can hurt people. If you cannot say something good, kind ,uplifting and contributing, say nothing. The way you speak, the tone of your voice, the way you touch, the way you listen, the way you offer encouragement, the way you hug and show love all have the power and ability to heal.

Healing Is Activated Through LOVE.
Love is a powerful healing energy.
Without unconditional love in your heart, you cannot travel on the spiritual path.
Love is the key to healing yourself and others around you, especially the ones who you live with. Love is the greatest walk.
Love is the starting point of all activity.
Love is the foundation of the universe.
Life is barren without love. All of you know this.
Life is barren without purpose. All of you know this.
How many of you really start your day with love.
Fill your day with love and end your day with love.
Love is effervescent like the sparkling waves of the ocean.
Flowing freely with effortless effort.
Love brightens everything up around you.
Most importantly, Love Yourself, you cannot give away what you do not have. Love is all there is.
Nothing – Not even evil can stand up in the face of love.

Laughter is Healing. Get some funny videos and laugh a lot.
Laughter gets the endorphins bubbling through the body.

Deep Concentrated Mindful Breathing is Healing.
Correct breathing is essential for overall well-being.
People are often amazed by how peaceful and calm they become, by taking a few slow deep breaths. I have seen this action, cure road rage.
It also reduces stress, anxiety, and can shift the state of mind, from one of panic to one of calmr
Deep breathing allows more oxygen to enter the blood stream and expel the old stale breath and toxic irritants.
It relaxes the adrenal gland and allows the body to redistribute the energy around the body in a more productive fashion.
Deep breathing also enhances focus and concentration, reduces incessant mind chatter, and brings about clear, creative, positive, healing thoughts.

Try the following exercise.
This exercise will help you to develop your deep breathing, and to become a habit, then it will be natural and automatic.

Lay flat on your back with a flat low comfortable pillow, for you.
Lift up your knees to a comfortable place, so there is not any strain on your back. Place a medium weight book on your stomach. Start breathing in ,slowly and evenly through the nose until your stomach is full of air, and has raised the book as high as it can. Hold for a few seconds and let the air out slowly, and evenly through the mouth watching your stomach deflate. Repeat this exercise for five to ten minutes to begin and increase, as it gets easier. The secret is the control. Slowly and Evenly. This is a very successful exercise. I did it for years, now my breathing is deep and effortless all the time. My students all use this breathing exercise. Anyone who loves singing needs to master deep breathing.

Meditation is Healing.
Meditation increases learning ability, enhanced creativity, stronger intuition, improves focus, and concentration and greatly increased personal self-awareness. Meditation is therapy for the mind, for those who are seeking Spiritual growth. To keep your mind sharp, calm your emotions, refresh your spirit and soothe your soul. To be clean on a soul level is mental hygiene.
Try to find a quiet private space for your meditation time. If you are a beginner, I suggest that your start with a guided C.D. This allows you to just lie down and listen, do not be conce
ed if you fall asleep, you will be learning, and healing as you are sleeping. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
