The art of finding enjoyment in the present, feeling fine and having that special kind of glow that comes along with smiling eyes, a happy heart and true love and passion for the moment. Does it come automatically? Absolutely not. Can it increase your daily awareness and reap more positive cheerfulness and pleasure? Totally.
Living in the moment and capturing everything about the time frame which you are passing through, being aware and grateful for the opportunity to be alive and kicking is truly an art form waiting to happen. You are given every opportunity to “turn that frown upside down”, or so the saying goes, to have a good, good day. However, there are some components that guide you along the happy pathway of living that can be incorporated into your life to behoove your outlook, increase your joy and glee for living and spin your day into one that creates feelings of exhilaration and bliss.
With all that being said, as with everything else in your life, only you hold the key to your contentment for living. You are the one who can set the tone for your day and monitor and adjust your outlook as you see fit. The following snippets will help you wallow in exuberance for living.
~Upon wake up review your goals of living your life in a happy mode. ~Do what you love and what makes you joyful. ~Limit your obligations and use the word “no.” ~Treat yourself to the simple pleasures in life: time alone, long walks in peace, and down time. ~Care for yourself as you do for others. ~Declutter your life and your world around you creating a calmer environment. ~Workout. You know it makes you feel great when you are done. ~Don’t sweat the small stuff. Life is too short and fleeting to fret.
The next time you find yourself in a situation where you need to turn that frown upside down, reach for this list of ways to enhance your mood and turn the table on your temperament to one that adjusts your frame of mind to a positive one.
