Would you like to know what the magic secret is in order to enjoy the holidays? Quite simply, in order to have the best holiday season, begins with an intention. There is a wonderful and loving energy available to everyone and it's available to us throughout the year. This energy lives within each of us. It is called the power of love. We are the only ones who can truly decide what the holidays or any other time of year will be like. What we hold in mind is what we'll get - every time! In order for us to enjoy the holidays, all we need to do is allow for them to be pleasant. Life is really simplistic if that's what we are focusing on. Our thoughts determine what we experience.
If we are holding in mind, having a good day, being peaceful, and feeling happy, guess what we will be creating for ourselves. If on the other hand we are expressing 'bah-humbug' most of the time, we can pretty much anticipate what the outcome of this scenario will create. So why settle for mediocre when we can have incredible! Life is a decision! Let's begin deciding what we would like to experience. We're all doing this anyways, so why not focus on having really good outcomes. Some folks might call this a miracle. The miracle is simply that we all have the power to choose. The choice is ours, and it always will be. We no longer have to wait for some super-human occurrence to appear. All we need to do is decide to see things positively.
Let's give ourselves the most wonderful gift of all time... This gift that is being offered is to be at peace with ourselves, our family members, and everything related to the upcoming holiday season. Regardless of age, nationality, or the place you call home, let's all have an intention to enjoy the holidays. Each and every day let's all plan to enjoy everything that life offers us. Let's begin by loving ourselves at all times. Share love with family members, friends, colleagues, retailers, the parking lots, the cashiers and anything that crosses your path. Then let's love the traffic and the weather. How about loving the economy? Sure why not! This is kind of like a game we played as kids.
Loving is easy and the payoffs are outstanding. Love is what blossoms and offers to us a wonderful holiday season simply because that's what we decided. Love everything! Forgive those that you have been holding grudges against. We can't change the past; we can change how we feel about these matters. The holidays are available to everyone, so therefore everyone has an opportunity to enjoy them. Holidays are about coming together, in celebration, in the spirit of oneness. A happy holiday season begins the moment that's what you decide! Fill your cup with prosperity, abundance and joy! It's simply a choice! Have fun this holiday season! See goodness in everything!

Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Feeling good encompasses many things… Perhaps it is working on an incredible project – getting involved – being inspired. Maybe it is a sound, like the evening rain gently caressing the window while you are sleeping. Maybe feeling good is being at your ideal weight or having a certain amount of money. Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
