1. Get plenty of rest, studies show that sleep deprivation among women accounts for stress which in turn leads to unexplained weight gain. A body needs at least 6 to 8 hours of deep, undisturbed slumber in order to function correctly. *A body repairs itself while it rests.
2.Start a daily exercise routine. Make sure to include a cardio workout of your choice for a period of 45 uninterrupted minutes. You must increase your heart rate to burn stored body fat and unwanted calories. Simple walking, along with weight training will tone and strengthen muscles while burning cellulite from hips, thighs, arms and butt.
