The idea is to empty your mind and relax your body for a moment. Once you take the habit of doing this, you will see it followed by a heightened capacity for concentration. We are rechargeable batteries and it is important to take this into consideration. No matter how intensely you live, if you take the time to refill, you will overcome practically any level of stress.
