The term preexisting conditions is now sealed into the American experience by Michael Moore's exposure of insurance companies in the movie Sicko. My gut reaction to the insurance method of profit making at the expense of clients was - how can we fight back? But then, I remembered Author and speaker Wayne Dyer's wise statement that - Anything you fight weakens you. So here is a super idea. Stop fighting cancer and other health issues and find a superb way to strengthen your entire health profile. I say 2 thumbs up for healthy eating!
Posterity leaves clues. Take a survey of your family noticing the health issues of your parents and grand parents. If your father had diabetes at an early age chances you have a 50% chance of inheriting the genetic link to diabetes. This goes for other diseases like breast cancer, hypertension, skin and bowel diseases, heart and blood diseases, alcohol and drug abuse and various mental conditions. Because, you have a genetic link, does not mean it is inevitable that you get these diseases. Start eating healthy now before a doctor pronounces that you already have a 'preexisting' condition. .
Create the best Healthy Eating plan that fits your lifestyle. Focus and formulate an eating and exercise plan to deter preexisting conditions associated with diseases you are genetically linked to. For instance, American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) states that breast cancer is associated with an over load of sugar in the diet and excess fat tissue. If you have a link to this disease, feel free to 'run for the cure' every day. Eat foods that support a strong immune system and hide the sugar bowl, exchange soda for water and seek out a more nutritiously balanced diet. Start with a copy of Eat Yourself Younger Effortlessly - the Easy way to slow aging, feel great and look good. You can do it! I do this with my double genetic link to diabetes and, so far, no preexisting conditions and I am in my sixties.n.
Honestly look at every aspect of your eating lifestyle. Because a genetic link is not a disease sentence, you are not doomed to get the disease, especially if you adapt to a healthy eating lifestyle. Information about your genetics just puts you at a more powerful position where your health is conce
ed. So go ahead plan, observe and improve your healthy eating plan, find that place of peace within you, and resist the temptation to fight with your body.

"Raw Foods" is a popular phrase these days that is often misunderstood, yet represents a powerful, grass roots health movement. Some people shun the idea, not knowing what it means.
