The spiritual science of Akram Vignan helps us find the balance between taking care of our material responsibilities and pursuing our spiritual goals, very easily, as this spiritual science works alongside our material obligations.

In Akram Vignan, the fundamental change starts internally when the ignorance of the Self is completely removed through the grace of the Enlightened Being (Gnani Purush). Here, Self-Realisation is attained through a scientific process of Bhed-Vignan (the science of separation), called Gnan Vidhi, during which the Enlightened being separates the real Self and the worldly Self. As the right understanding and firm conviction of ‘who I really am’ is established, one is able to maintain equanimity from within while carrying out all their material duties, which helps one take adequate care of his responsibilities and simultaneously progress towards one’s spiritual goals as well.

Also after Self-Realization, we are aware that ‘I’ am not the doer but the knower of the doer! Hence, the interference of the ego of doership keeps diminishing. The right understanding of who is really the doer and what really is my role greatly helps one strike an effective balance between rendering material responsibilities and putting in spiritual efforts, as both happen parallely. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan says, “Worldly life is based on action and spiritual life is based on Knowing - one carries out the activity whereas the other keeps ‘Seeing’ it. The ‘doer’ and the ‘knower’ can never be the same; they are always separate. They were separate; they are separate, and they will remain separate.”

Once the Enlightened One graces us with Self-Realization, thereafter, in his shelter, on a daily basis, we also gain solutions or keys to solve all our worldly interactions with equanimity alongwith the awareness of the Self. The reason why we find worldly life challenging is because we believe these responsibilities are mine, and hence, worries arise that, ‘I have to take care, how much do I do, how will I do, when do I do (from where do I take out this much time), how do I cope up with all of this?’ But here, on the path of Akram Vignan, the Enlightened One takes away our ego. Param Pujya Dadashri says, “In reality, who can be called a true Viraat? It is someone who can devour our ego. He who annihilates our ego to pieces, is called a Viraat!... Only when the ego departs, can it be said that you have come face to face with a Viraat Purush.”

The Ego (ignorance of ‘I am a pure Soul’) is such that even after thousands of lifetimes, it will not go away. This is not the only thing. But where there is the Viraat swaroop, there He takes away our egoism (ignorance of ‘I am the doer’).

We become involved in all worldly dealings because of the ignorance of the Self. Once we know in reality, ‘who am I and who is the doer,’ then automatically whatever is unfolding in our worldly life, the separation between the real Self and the worldly self begins to remain.

The Self is the Pure Soul! The Soul is eternal; it has infinite knowledge, infinite vision, infinite energy and infinite bliss and it is capable of illuminating the entire universe. Yet we experience helplessness, suffering, pain, uncertainty, and insecurity. What is the reason for it? It is because we are not ‘aware’ of the Self; we are not ‘aware’ of our own energy; we are not ‘aware’ of the power of the Self. Akram Vignan makes us aware of it and thus enables a peaceful and blissful life, free of all problems.

On the path of Akram Science, our spiritual development is never obstructed due to our worldly responsibilities. Rather, we are able to carry out all our worldly responsibilities in a much better way through the vision of the Self and yet remain unaffected by it. The science of Akram Vignan focuses on the right understanding, which inevitably leads to the right conduct. It is simple to understand and easily fits in with your daily life. Hence, it is worth trying, it will surely and easily help us find the balance between taking care of our material responsibilities as well as pursuing our spiritual goals!

Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan used to go from town to town and country-to-country to give satsang (spiritual discourse) and impart the knowledge of the Self, as well as knowledge of harmonious worldly interactions to everyone who came to meet him. This spiritual science, known as Akram Vignan, is the step-less path to Self-realization.

Self-love is very essential in boosting our self-esteem. As a result, his relationships are ruined and he always lives in misery.rn rnSo,

Grave danger in uprooting a Guru Do not accept a known guru as guru, and if you do, then do not turn your back on him. Use a pot if you do not like him. The pot will not have any problems. Worship it because your buddhi (intellect) will not be active there and your work will get done. Now who would be so careful that he would not allow his intellect to interfere? How can one understand all this? Questioner: At the time we make someone our guru, he appears to be very good, he

Questioner: If we surrender to the great souls that lived thousands of years ago, can that be considered surrender? Can we make any progress through such surrender or do we need to surrender to a living great man? Dadashri: You can progress even through Paroksha (indirectly- one not currently living). However if you find such a living (Pratyaksh) person, then your liberation will be instant. The indirect approach will give you the benefit of progress but there is no liberatio
