Money Trouble, Stress, Fear, Can All Be Traced to a Habit You Have. End this Habit and For You There Will be Plenty of Money, Peace of Mind and a Bright Future Want money? Want to get rid of your stress? Want to get free of all this negative news going on in the world today? What are you doing to change things? What are you doing to change YOU? What are you doing so money, peace of mind, your future, are as you would like them to be? People started to watch the TV news way back in the 50’s---the 1950’s. They thought they needed to know so they could change things. Why else would anyone do it? Now, it’s a compulsion. You think you just need to know. You think it’s important. You think you have to know all the gory details. It’s like watching a pro football game for most of us. We have no clue what those 22 guys are doing running around out there, not really. Watching the news is the same thing. We’re watching all these men and women running around and we have no clue what they’re doing. Guess what? Neither do they. The results speak for themselves. Yet we keep watching because we think we need to know so we can do something about it. Meanwhile, it’s driving us crazy. It’s getting people so stressed out and scared most have gone into a hole to hide like a rabbit. That’s what the news has done for people. It’s scared the hell out of them. All that news has not helped them one slight iota. Here’s some true news for you. Watching that tube, reading that newspaper with all that negative information coming at you does not help you in the least bit. Don’t believe me. Check it for yourself. Are you better off? Do you have more money, more happiness, more peace of mind, has your stress level gone down with all that news watching? Of course not. Has watching all that news done anything to help solve this “problem” the news has cooked-up? Of course not. You cannot control what’s going on out there. Paying attention to what’s going on out there only keeps you in stress and fear. What you can do is control what is going on inside of you. Pay attention to what is going on inside of YOU. Watch all of the chaos and confusion. Notice. All of that nonsense in your head is not YOU. It’s your mind feeding you a bunch of baloney telling you to be scared and stressed and telling you to pay attention to the news to somehow help your future. All that racket is not YOU. It is your mind which eats negativity for dinner. So stop it. Stop watching the news. Stop reading the newspaper. Stop talking about troubles and problems with friends and neighbors. Stop feeding that mind food and it will run out of energy and not be able to terrorize you anymore. Stop paying attention to noise saying you can’t have money, happiness, and peace of mind. Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Pretty certain, most folks would love to feel good at all times, although many may think it’s not possible to always feel good. Ok, what’s right about feeling good? Feeling good encompasses many things… Perhaps it is working on an incredible project – getting involved – being inspired. Maybe it is a sound, like the evening rain gently caressing the window while you are sleeping. Maybe feeling good is being at your ideal weight or having a certain amount of money. And maybe, feeling good is the way life is meant to be at all times.

Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
