Divine Mother: Yes, this is the ultimate in letting go in the relative life. If you can let go and soften into the Wholeness, you meet your loved one. If you try to hold on because they are no longer physical, then there is a loss. But if you let go of the physical and let go into the Infinite, you will find them there. You will meet them and there will be deep joy.

That is the challenge for the physical death of a loved one. The actual process of grief assists this. The tears are a vibrational release where the whole system is actually being shaken and shifted so that it can expand to meet the loved one now on the level where the loved one is, which is expanded without a physical form. So the physical experience of letting go and grieving the loss leads you to a release and an expansion where you can connect with the loved one.

They are not gone; they have just changed their form. They are expanded. Without a physical body, their energy is huge, beautiful.
