How to Send Global Healing.
We are at this moment facing a pandemic. Many people want to do something to help, but feel useless in the face of the statistics that are hiking up and up daily. I have for some weeks, in light of the current situation, been practising sending global healing. I believe that if we can raise the vibration of the planet, no matter how small a raise that might be, we can shift the energies. The more people who do this the bigger the shift will be.
This article, how to send global healing, is only my own take on a method to send healing energies to the world at this time. I have tried to create a method that is activated by intention and a little visualization that anyone who wishes to participate in can do so.
How to Send Global Healing:
1) Turn off mobiles, etc. Make sure you won’t be disturbed.
2) Prepare your space, play some relaxing music, burn incense, light a candle dedicating it to the world.
3) Sit in a comfortable position and relax for a while into your breathing rhythm.
4) Close your eyes and allow your mind to slow down. Feel calm and at ease.
5) If you work with any guides, call on them and ask them to help and participate.
6) Connect with Sacred Source energies. To do this place your hands in prayer position, thumbs against your heart chakra, hold for a couple of breaths and then keeping the palms together raise them over your head, stretching your arms up, hold this position as you state your intention to connect with Sacred Source Energy. Visualise the energy flowing down from Source between your fingertips and hands, down into the crown chakra at the top of your head. When you feel the energy flow, allow the connection to continue and lower your hands back to prayer position. **
7) Hold your hands in prayer position at your heart chakra for a few breaths and allow the energies to build, flowing down from Source, down into your crown chakra, down your arms and into your hands.
8) State your intention to channel Sacred Source Energy for Global Healing. If you are a Reiki Practitioner you can use the distant healing symbol at this point.
9) Move your hands out in front of you, keeping elbows bent and close to your body. Slowly open your hands to about 12 inches apart. Continue to feel the energies between your hands.
10) Visualise between your hands the world. Focus on the energy you are generating flowing from Source down to your Crown Chakra, down through your arms, to your hands and into the world.
11) Hold this for as long as is comfortable or until you feel the energies slow down.
12) When you are ready, bring your hands back to prayer position and give thanks for all the energies you have just sent out.

**If you find it difficult to raise and hold your hands above your head then continue to hold them in prayer position and state your intention to connect with Sacred Source Energy.

This is simple but effective method of sending Global Healing that I hope you can use or modify to help raise the global vibration, restore harmony and bring peace, healing and relief.
