How to Work with Crystals - Crystal Consciousness Course Lesson 3 of 7

Aside from their natural gifts, clear quartz crystals have the added gift of being a clear channel – that means that you are able to impress upon it a certain focus you wish to maintain, and it will imprint with that focus and carry it in an ongoing way. This focus can be an affirmation, a belief you wish to adopt, an experience you wish to have, a goal, healing, and much, much more.
To Program your Crystal

1.Cleanse and energise your crystal.
2.Follow the connecting procedure mentioned in the last lesson
3.Once you are connected to the crystal – become very clearly focused on the Program you want to imprint on the crystal (for example, the Affirmation “I am anchored in the perfect flow of the Universe")
4.Once you are really clear, focused and ready – pour this knowing into the crystal – for as long as you can maintain it clearly.
5.When done, thank the crystal and return to your daily work.
Using this method, you can program your crystal to help you with difficulties you’ve been having, move towards goals, empower yourself, carry a specific healing energy/colour/vibration of a master and much more.

Health – “I love my body, it is perfect and healthy in all ways!”

Using the programmed crystal depends entirely on what you've programmed it for. You can, put it in your drinking water so that the water takes on the vibration of the program you've created. You can carry the crystal on your body, place it on your altar, sit it somewhere in the room where you want the energy to resonate and so on.
Once you have acheived your purpose, you can remove the program by going through the same process as above but with the focus of releasing the pattern previously installed and replacing it with Divine Love and Light.
