It is in the relationship with other people, the earth, and animals do we discover who we truly are. What we see in the world before us, is what we can find what is happening to our internal selves.

When we notice the flaws of others, are we not noticing the flaws within ourselves? When we look at the sky and the sun is shinning. Do we say the day is partly cloudy or mostly sunny? When we train our pets, do we do so by punishment or positive reinforcement?

Jesus said in Matthew 7:1, "Judge not, that ye be not judged."

Where does judgment come from? If you watch young children play, they do not discriminate their friends. A black child can laugh and play with an Asian baby. The Asian baby can play house with a white baby. Discrimination and judgment is not a inbo
trait. It is a learned trait.

It is the relationship we have with ourselves that we derive judgment of others. If you look at yourself and see fat, worthless, ugly, and a total jerk! You will find yourself using the same words towards other people. You are only confirming your own feelings.

It is this form judgment where racism came about in American History. The white race looked at the black-race as inferior. So when blacks where freed and given the right to vote, the white-race become afraid of it's own inferiority. The black-race become a threat. Thus the creations of hate organizations like the Ku Klux Klan were formed. The members of these organizations don't hate black people or other non-white races. That's just their delusion. Members of hate organization only hate themselves.

A true God-conscious person would not understand the concept of hate. So in his mind, the world is one.

It's unfortunate that the human race identify more with earth than spirit. We look at people by the cars they drive, the person they date, the money they have, the lives they lead, etc. Rarely do we find someone "judged" for his or her faith in God.

When we do positive good deeds, we develop good Karma. But that will get us only so far.

We must befriend ourselves!
We must befriend God!

By developing God-consciousness, we learn to see God in everything. A confident, God loving person would see God in all things and beings. All people become family.

Life in the spiritual path may seem lonely. But those who befriend God are never lonely. These people shine within, carrying a radiant light that draws people toward them. Have you ever found yourself at a social gathering when someone enters into the room with such radiant energy that it uplifts the spirits of all those in the room? That person carries an inner peace within himself. It's not arrogance or ego! No, those qualities drive people away.

A person who holds the elements of Love, respect, and friendship within the self, others, and God sees no use in judgment. They see the best in everyone. They see God in everyone.

The effort to have such existence must being internally. One has to develop the want to change and know God. Jesus said, that one must be "born again" to Know the Kingdom of God.

Go within! Anchor yourself with God!

That person relationship of God (and your guru) is all answers we need.

God may stretch us! He may bend us! But he will never break us. Get anchored with God. Judgment is not being God-like.

We have to accept our lives and the experiences we attract. It's the learning process. That combined with mediation is the very essence of the spiritual path. Though we physically exist in the outer world, we see must realize that life is a dream...a dream of God.

Nothing in the world will satisfy us if we know God. If you think that material possession will satisfy you, you will set yourself up to fail.

It is true, with great regret, that the history of man is the history of war. It is also true, with great joy, that the history of God-conscious man is the history of peace within and the world. n
