I feel great. I don't have any problems. Sure I overeat sometimes and I do eat too many fried foods. But that is OK, isn't it? I don't need a juicer. Do I? If your conscience is telling you to get more fruits and vegetables in your diet, but just can't seem to do it, you may need a personal trainer. If you can't afford a personal trainer then try juicing. The many benefits of drinking juice daily from vegetables and fruits. We could give you more than we have but what about the fourteen below?
1. Vitamins & Minerals
2. Enzymes
3. Essential fatty acids
4. Carbohydrate Proteins
5. A-nutrients and Phyto-nutrients
6. Extra energy
7. Shining complexion
8. Strengthened immune system
9. Build strong bones
10. Lower risk of disease
11. Reduce toxins in the body
12. Lower cholesterol
13. Reach a healthy body weight,
14. Heart and circulation can improve
With those things, how can you not afford to juice? You may be asking yourself why not eat instead of juice?
1. You probably will not eat enough vegetables and fruits to obtain all the nutrients your body needs. You might try, but the truth is our lifestyles are so different that we just don't do what we know we should do.
2. The USDA, National Cancer Institute, Surgeon General, and other health agencies are recommending that we eat nine ½ cup servings per day of produce!! There is a lot of 'goodness' locked in the fiber of produce, all of which is expelled from the body when eaten as 'food'. When produce is juiced, this goodness is 'released' from the fiber.
Drinking the juice, this highly concentrated cocktail of nutrients enters our bloodstream very quickly, with very little required from the digestive system. However, you do need to eat some produce and whole grains, because your body does need fiber to keep it moving, maintain a healthy cholesterol, and several other functions. If you do your own juicing, you can avoid many of the canned or bottled juices pitfalls. For example nutrients are lost when canned products are heated, nutrients are lost through oxidation when not consumed quickly, and additives are usually added.
If you are in the market for a great juicer, be sure to check the variety of fruit, vegetable, citrus and wheatgrass juicers at Healthy Kitchen Plus. At HKP you will find the right choice to suit your lifestyle.
