It’s the Release That Teaches!
“That’s not fair!”
“You promised!”
“Why won’t you listen to me?”
“Why should I change, what about You?”

*Are you tired of the same old stuff day in and day out?
*Are you sick of being the only one who is changing?
*Do you wish people would simply “Get It”?
*Do you want to Let Go of past, present and future limiting thoughts and feelings so you can move on with your life?
“How is your Let Go!!! working for you”?

4 Let Goes that Do Not work and…

1 Let Go that creates new freedoms and endless possibilities for you and those around you!!!!
What you hold onto, YOU hold onto.
The energy of holding on can be life draining.
“Letting Go” of life’s issues can be a very freeing, uplifting experience, if…you use the effective “Let Go” so you can “Let’s Go” on with your glorious life.

Consider the three times of “Let Go” :
a. Letting go of a Past issue you have been carrying for quite some time.
b. Letting go of Present issue you just realized you are attached to.
c. Let’s go by releasing yourself to move toward a Future event you have chosen to create

Picture and feel a thick rope in you hands. At the end of the rope are all of life’s issues that you think are holding you back…
Now let’s try some Let Goes...

These “Let Goes” (1,2,3, and 4) do not produce forward movement toward your dreams.
Let Go #1
You hold tight with both hands and life’s issues pull and push you off balance with every changing event and circumstance that is beyond your control. You feel lost and you get tossed.
Let Go #2
You “Release” a little and the rope slips through your hands.
OUCH!!! Rope burn!!!
You vow to never do that again.
You decide that holding on hurts less.
You refocus and re secure your grip.

Let Go #3
You drop the rope (issues) you are holding onto. The lifeless rope and all those issues attached fall to the ground. Since these issues have been your primary focus …what you released is laying there in front of you…lifeless.
Eventually, you pick it back up because that is where your focus still is. You may not like it but that is what you know and that is what you are familiar with.
Let Go #4
You pull back with all your might until your grip gives way. The force of your pull, lands you right on your butt…staring right back at those same issues.
And just like Let Go #3 you get right back to work picking up that same rope...same focus.
You begin to realize the truth of the quote:

What you focus on becomes your reality

So far… the focus your “Let Go” has been what is holding you back…attaching you to what you wish to release from.

There is a better way…
True Release from what is holding you back and toward what you want in life

True Release…Let’s Go

The Let Go that creates Let’s Go!!!

In natural horsemanship it is the “Release that Teaches”, we release all the pressure toward what we want to have happen and apply pleasure as soon as that happens.

4 steps to True Release

1. Ask
2. Yes
3. Thank-you
4. Next best thing

1. The Askingr
To Let Go of what you are holding onto, you first
need to focus on what you want to move towards.

What is your Desire? What is your Asking?

Choose what you want to have happen.

At first it will be in the form of what you don’t want and will eventually move toward what you do want…This is a natural progression and will require your continued asking.

Once you have chosen what you want,

2a. The “Yes” to What Is!
Say Yes to current reality! In order to get from point “A” (Awareness) to point “B” (Better) you have to fully accept fully point “A”… Accept what is.

Saying yes to what is gives you a solid foundation in the present reality to move from

The truth will set you free

2b. The “Yes” to What’s Next ( Your wanting)

What things do you want to seer
What feelings do you want to feelr
What thoughts do you want to think

What do you want to have happen and what would be the “Next best thing” toward that happening.
3. The Thank-you…”Gratitude”

Next, feel the gratitude of what you want happening before it happens….say Thank you!

By becoming the grateful receiver of what you want, before it happens, you can actually offer the release toward what you want before there is any pressure driving it.

This way you start living a pleasure driven life to balance the pressure driven life that circumstances and events present to you daily.

“Choice will start to trump circumstances”

4. The Next Best Thing...(Action)

Now take the next best step, think the next best thought, feel the next best feeling forward, toward what you want…ACT!!!

Say, “yes… thank you… next” and step (It does not have to be a perfect step, because at this point, you do not know what is perfect, just move toward what you want.)

“Next Best Step”, toward what you want in that balanced state… whereby you continue to keep taking the next best step…and the next one …and the next one. You build a balanced momentum as you go toward your desires. Old issues will not hold you back because there is nothing for them to attach to. They always needed your focus to bind you. Now your focus is bound to your desires, and old issues are not on your horizon.

Watch your forward and make sure it is toward what you want

Repeat, Repeat, Repeat

Along the way you will notice that when you are moving in the direction of your desires: people, places and things will align to make the journey easier, even miraculous and you will come to realize the true meaning of: Let’s Go (True Release) because…

True Release will recruit ALL, to make your desires a reality and that is Glorious!!!

Let “us” go… and be aware of how you are supported in reaching your goal.

As others witness your movement they will be inspired to move also, toward their dreams.
