"Joyful Unlimited Manifesting Potential” ™

Alas, when I jump in to the unknow
I may experience a myriad of emotions from fear to exhilaration. I think of Jumping as a mindset and approach combined:

That moment when my desire surpasses my fear, coupled with precise intuitive action. ™n
My intuition is my emotional guidance system, like a best friend to support me in making decisions. I have personally been in situations where I ignored my gut and the outcome was undesirable. I have also stopped myself from what I desired by using excuses. Have you? Every situation has a blessing yet I encourage my clients to follow and trust their gut.

EXERCISE:
Here's a simple exercise to experiment with if you'd like. Choose a situation and answer the following questions. If you have a situation from the past, then act as if you were there when answering the questions. Have fun with it. If it works, use it. If it doesn't, do something different.

1. What situation am I in that does not intuitively feel right, yet I stay because I am attached to the 'juicy feeling' and/or possible outcome of it?
2. Have I been primarily listening to my practical head or my gut?
3. What would happen if I allowed my gut to lead my head?
4. How can I make the greatest contribution right now? (regarding this situation)
5. What is the highest self loving choice to make right now? (often #4 and #5 have the same answer.)
6. Am I willing to JUMP right now?
7. How do I feel in this moment?
