Let me just start off by saying, I never know "how" I am going to do things... it just sort of happens for me.
I am the type of person for all of those who know me, who will try and try again and again. If I have something in my mind, or feel as if I have to do it, the "it" usually gets acomplished all by faith.
I never knew what the "Law Of Attraction" was until I was introduced to The Secret. I did know that alot of the things in my life were all an intention, a deep desire or maybe I am just strong willed.
From a small child up till now, I have had this sense of attracting good things in my life.
Let me tell you how I attracted my husband off the internet.
When I was in junior high school, I was allowed to pick any country of my choice. For some reaso
I choose Italy to do a report on as well as meet some pen pals from Italy. I remember writing the pen pals and sometimes they would send me pictures of their family, and surroundings. I was intrigued with the culture. Then I always caught myself as a kid daydreaming about Italy. Now, I never knew the reason until, one day sitting on the internet and meeting my husband of eight years now.
Long behold, the day I met him on-line I was making my best Italian dish. He then tells me he is Italian. I had been thinking "how weird is this?" I couldn't believe we hit it off and then we soon met in person four months later.
I never knew I was going to marry him, it just happend that it worked out.
Never did I think I would have met anyone off the internet, but it did work. You must use caution in every aspect of dating no matter where you look for your soul mate.
It's not easy and some may feel as if it will never happen. I found looking within myself worked. Identifying who you are and your interest helps the process of finding "Mr.Right".
Good luck and use good judgement!

The Hard Truth About Soft-Skills
There are 350,000 opinions (books) on “leadership” on Amazon. Corporate America can’t seem to draw a consensus on what leadership is so it’s really no big surprise that Corporate America can’t figure out what soft-skills are and why they are important either. You know, for being such a dominating force in the world of business, we really don’t have a clue about the stuff that REALLY makes business run.

***Older Workers Still Have Value
Perhaps it’s my age but I find the best part of American Idol are the qualifying rounds to see who gets to go to Hollywood. Out of the tens of thousands of hopefuls only a few hundred are chosen as “good enough” to advance to the next round. It amazes me how many of the ...

I got into a conversation recently (on a Human Resources Message Board) with a Management Consultant. His questions got me to thinking. He asked for a further clarification of my assertion that an employer's responsibility to improve its employees ends once they become competent at the job. The ...
