Law of Giving-Donate Your Money
Giving has been called the First Law of All Creation. It has also been said that there is a Universal Law of Giving and Receiving, or that giving and receiving are the same.
When you are happy the world will be happy with you! When you give you receive, the power of giving is like a cycle. Make a commitment to give of your sustenance. When we give money, we receive more money. And when we give love, we receive more love. When we accept this belief that giving and receiving are the same, we thrive. You don’t have to be a major philanthropist to give just give even if it is a dollar.
Giving will open the way for receiving that which you desire. Never expect to get something for nothing. If you give nothing you will receive nothing. Give freely and you will freely receive. Now all you need to do is define what you would like to receive and start looking for opportunities to give.
In Deepak Chopra’s book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, he defines the Law of Giving as follows: “The universe operates through dynamic exchange … giving and receiving different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.” Regarding money, Chopra goes on to say:
“Because your body and your mind and the universe are in constant and dynamic exchange, stopping the circulation of energy is like stopping the flow of blood. Whenever blood stops flowing, it begins to clot, to coagulate, and to stagnate. That is why you must give and receive in order to keep wealth and affluence – or anything you want in your life – circulating in your life.
“The word affluence means to “flow in abundance.” Money is really a symbol of the life energy we exchange and the life energy we use as a result of the service we provide to the universe. Another work for money is “currency,” which also reflects the flowing nature of energy.
As I was once told, be a cheerful/happy giver and watch it comes back to you.
