'Letting Go'

The biggest lesso
I have had to learn was to 'Let go'. To trust in all that I had done so far. Trust in the process of creating and then 'Let go'. Believe that I had done enough so that I could allow my mind to wander onto other things. So that I wasn't constantly thinking of all the ways my ideas could/should/would work. I still haven't fully learned to because there is the issue of trust, but I am learning to. Do I trust the Universe to do a better job than me at creating my life's desire?

For years I have followed my guidance and taken inspired action. I have felt so sure that I was doing everything possible to reach my goal. I had planted the seed of my dreams in the soil of the Universe and I was thinking of all the directions the roots would go to, how pretty it would look when it broke through to the surface. I was a bit of a control freak, so I thought about it all A LOT! I was excited, nervous, expectant and so I channeled these emotions into other expectant ideas and planted even more similar seeds. When things didn't appear when I expected, I still believed, I still had faith they would but decided that maybe the particular thought seed was not complete enough, or had not been fed and watered enough so off I'd go again planting another bigger, better seed.

Then towards the end of 2009 I felt blocked and dejected. I couldn't seem to get the break I needed. I asked the Universe for help and was sent information from Natalie and the Mind Movies team early in 2010. Natalie told me about 'The Sedona Method'. I brought the book and followed the action needed and I leaned to 'Let go'. I had done enough, my ideas -all of them, were growing, but I learned not to keep poking and prodding. I learned to enjoy the steps and journey I was on and to switch off from where I wanted to be. I could see myself there and knew I had done enough to achieve it. My cosmic account was bursting and a download would arrive. I had to believe that and 'Let go ' of the how/when. I could not have got there without the 'Sedona Method' as I had issues with control/trust, wanting approval that stemmed way back into the past and working through the book has helped me to un-block these issues and release them. It's taken me a year, but it's been very rewarding and so I embrace the coming months, knowing I have done enough to realise my dreams and happy to see how things materialize.

I hope you have also come to a place of understanding and acceptance of yourself and your abilities. If not I personally can recommend 'The Sedona Method'. It will help you see your blocks and release them. If you're familiar with self help books and are disciplined then the book alone can help if you don't have the funds to invest in all the cd's etc. (I have only used the book)

There is wonderful energy out there and in your heart you are connected to it, so I wish you happy connections and powerful releasing.
