There are no easy paths to weight loss. Get over it. Toughen up and get started now. Once you lose the first five pounds you will be on your way to mastering healthy weight loss goals. By January you will already be ahead of the game and you will feel good about yourself and confident in that you know you can do it.

This article is to get you ready for change and to help you with taking the first step. Not tomorrow, not next week but today start your weight loss program.

As a weight loss coach I expect my clients to work hard, be accountable everyday, and to stay persistent and consistent. That is the only way you will lose weight for life. It's hard work and it has to happen everyday. Weight loss is a mindset.

"Think thin." What does a skinny person think every second of every minute of everyday. When you begin to change your perception on weight loss then you will lose the weight.
