Start by listing the judgments that you hold against the person you have in mind. And be honest, very honest. The more real you are with yourself, the better this will be. It’s best if you can write it out, on a piece of paper, because then you’ll have the physical evidence of all that your ego has been holding onto. Yes, it’s the ego that holds, not your spirit, because none of what’s being held onto is your ultimate truth; it’s the roadblock to your Truth. So list all the judgments. If it helps, write out the experience. What was it they did that made you feel so bad? This may be fresh in your mind, so that step isn’t crucial. Was it important is to list all the things you don’t like about that person. All of them. The more you list, the freer you are about to become. Just don’t let your ego take this to a place of vengeance or regret. This is an exercise in freeing your spirit, not going so far into the ego of it all that you can’t get out.
