What the happiness is and what is not, you know that very well. Just recall this unbelievable moment of joy, the feeling that life is at its best, the moment you want to hold forever. Do you want to hold this feeling for longer?
Ben Sweetland once said “Success is a journey not destination” I don’t know you are agree but at this point I would propose a little modification: “Make happiness your journey not your memory”.

The formula to hold happiness is simple; shape your life and your beliefs. We all are having the moments of joy and moments of sadness in our life. Some people complain about everything; do you know one of these people? Are they happy? Richard Templar in the book “The Rules of Life” argue: ”Don’t sweat the small stuff, and remember, it’s all small stuff”. There is also another small hint of advice to live the happy life; conditioning. Sound strange? Well. I know but this is very simple formula, repeat what is enjoyable (conditioning) and don’t worry too much (don’t sweat the small stuff). Create the list of the things and activities which make you feel good, like watching your favorite movie, listening to the music you love, calling your best friend, singing, dancing, playing with your child, going for a walk with the dog; anything what you can apply instantly. Just remember nothing unhealthy (smoking, drinking).
When your list is ready keep it handy; when you feel “down” don’t let it happen, grab your list and do something. You will be amazed how quick it work and how effective it is; after the few “interventions” you will never feel the same and believe me people around you will notice the change within. I don’t have to tell you how we all love to be around positive person; become one and enjoy your new better, happier and brighter life.
