You co-operate by not only watching that garbage but by buying into it. You believe what they say, act on it and thereby make it real. Could there be a so-called recession if people didn’t stop spending money and buying the usual things they would buy if they thought the conditions were normal? But the news guys and gals have convinced everyone things are not normal, that they’re abnormal and droves of people have bought into it. It’s a big con job and people have bought into it lock, stock and barrel. So, now what? Does it have to be that way for you? Do you have to live in fear and terror that you’ll run out of money, not have a job, not have a place to live and eventually wander the snowy streets with nothing to eat? Do you have to live that way? Of course you do not have to live that way. Here. I will help you right now. Stop paying attention to the garbage coming out of the TV. The super rich are getting super richer based on your fear and the fear of millions and millions of others. Decide to look at what’s right, not what’s wrong. Decide to be grateful for what you have no matter how much or how little. Decide to look for the positive. If you look for positive, you will find positive at your doorstep. The way to do that is to stop looking at the negative. You do not have to buy into the negative. You do not have to watch negative TV. You do not have to have negative conversations with co-workers, friends, spouse or with yourself. You do not have to talk about negative news. You do not have to occupy yourself with negative. It’s just a decision Stop paying attention to negative news and you will no longer be nervous, anxious, worried and living in stress. Stop paying attention to negative news and have plenty of money. Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
