Cleansing the body - especially the major organs of elimination, the colon, kidneys, liver and skin - is a natural health practice that is becoming more and more popular. The last 10 years have seen an explosion of products on the market that claim to cleanse and detox your body better than others.
I've personally tried 12 different products and approaches and have learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. I'm writing this article so you can learn from my mistakes and get your money's worth with any program you try.

Make sure that any program you follow has complete instructions and recipes for following a cleansing diet. Food is the primary way that toxins enter our bodies and because of that we need to be careful of what we eat during a cleanse. If a program doesn't ask you to eliminate heavy foods like dairy, meat and processed wheat products during a cleanse and add in lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and other high fiber foods, it's not going to get you the results you deserve.
Tip 2
Be sure that any natural body cleanse program you choose actually contains 100% natural ingredients. Believe it or not many of them don't They try to save money by using fillers, stabilizers, chemical ingredients and herbs that have been irradiated. I've tried some of these cleanses and, honestly, they have been pretty much a waste of time. The one that I complete now is one of just 3 I've found that contains all natural fresh herbs and nothing else. Don't compromise on this point.
Tip 3
Find a program that does more than just cleanse your colon. The colon is important for body detoxification. After all it eliminates 1 - 1.5kg (2 - 3 lb) of waste everyday. But the kidneys and the liver are also vitally important to maintain the body's internal cleanliness. I highly recommend that any natural body cleanse you complete cover all three of these organs. It's easy to do with the proper combination of herbs and doesn't require a lot more expense or effort.
