The one thing that most people dread about marketing on the internet or anywhere for that matter is the time consuming tasks that take them away from their work. Even though most savvy business people know they have to constantly market their art, services and products, it is a drain on their time. Where can you find the help you need even when you can't afford to? An intern can be the solution to that problem and interns are not just for big businesses.

Anyone, even artists or solo entrepreneurs can get an intern. If you are legitimately doing important marketing tasks for yourself then you have the knowledge and skill sets to teach someone the same powerful knowledge. Any one can be an intern. It doesn't have to just be a student from a college. Interns can be found in these places too: people who are in transition between jobs, a stay-at-home mom, someone looking for extra training but can't afford school, people from your fan base or mailing list and high school kids that haven't yet found work. Think of the valuable training an internship provides that person all the while freeing you up for more important tasks.

Interns can work anywhere with a minimal of training and hassle. Teaching an intern to blog, write articles, help with web design, tackle your social media, help you plan trips and even help you make products and shoot videos, will give them a valuable education that they can take to an employer. Companies that hire will appreciate that their new prospect has real world training and experience doing the jobs that they will need most. Just because you are a solo entrepreneur, you shouldn't discount how an intern can do wonders for your business.
